Having graduated with honors from Georgetown Law School, Debbie Sutz began her career in real estate as an attorney for the Westside Law firm Wolf, Rifkin & Shapiro. Inspired by her desire for a more personalized approach to doing business, Debbie's entrepreneurial spirit was the impetus for the launch of Lighthouse Properties. Her extensive experience and knowledge in real estate combined with a passion for client satisfaction has been the key to successfully closing over 1000 transactions and counting. Our Lighthouse Properties team of agents have become positive pillars of the community and more importantly, a true family. Debbie is a member of numerous charitable organizations (ASPCA, Doctors without Borders, Defenders of Wildlife, Guardian ad Litem/CASA) and takes pride in being involved in her local community. Having resided in New York, Miami & Boulder, Colorado, Debbie is happy to have lived nearly 20 years in the beach communities of Southern California. Debbie grew up riding and training horses and training & showing dogs competitively and was named National Junior Handler Champion in 1981, 1982 & 1983. She has also been riding horses since childhood and has followed that passion in Los Angeles. She continues to enjoy riding horses and now shares those activities with her daughter Maya.
